At Fuggler, we aim to provide a reliable and transparent shipping experience for every order. Typically, deliveries arrive within ten to twenty business days. Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and days affected by severe weather events, such as tropical cyclones. While we strive to meet this timeframe, delays can occur during high-demand periods like holidays, promotions, or special sales. Please note that we cannot schedule specific delivery times, and once an order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Several factors can affect delivery speed. Extreme weather may disrupt carriers and transportation networks, causing delays beyond our control. High order volumes during peak periods may also extend processing times. Incomplete or inaccurate addresses, or locations that are difficult to access, can slow delivery. Additionally, temporary unavailability of certain products may affect when your order is shipped. If any of these situations arise, our support team will contact you with updates and guidance.

All orders currently include free shipping. If two delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be canceled automatically, and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. To stay updated on your shipment, you can use our Order Tracking page to enter your order information and view the latest status and estimated delivery date. We recommend checking tracking details regularly for the most accurate updates.

In some cases, an order may not be processed. This can happen if items are out of stock, the shipping address is in an unsupported region, or if the address is a PO Box (we are unable to ship to PO Boxes). Payment issues during checkout may also prevent processing. If this occurs, our support team will contact you promptly to discuss options, including refunds or placing a new order.

If you receive an incorrect product, please reach out to help@fugglerus.it.com as soon as possible. Our team will guide you through the return and refund process. If a size or product variation was incorrect, you may return the item and place a new order for the correct version. For missing packages, first confirm that your shipping information was accurate and review the estimated delivery timeframe. If your package is still undelivered, our team will work with the carrier to locate your order and assist with replacement or refund solutions.
